This meal is a light, fresh way to enjoy corn.
With this recipe you only need a few corn to feed a group of people. It’s the perfect way to make the most of a small amount of corn and in a way that’s flavourful and fresh.
Instructions:
Set your grill to medium heat to start. While it warms up, mix together the corn with the olive oil and salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl. Grill the corn for about 11 minutes or until tender, while turning them sporadically.
Once your corn is golden brown, place it back in the bowl and mix it with the fresh cilantro and lime juice. Add the lime wedges to complete your meal.
