Warm up your outdoor grill or barbeque by setting it to medium-high heat. Grill the corn for about 7- 10 minutes. Corn should be hot and charred all over. Smother the ears in melted brother and then spread evenly with mayonnaise. Sprinkle on the cotija cheese.
