A fast way to cook corn, this recipe will soon be one of your favourites.

It’s easy and though it works well for the winter months when you have to cook in doors, it can also be used year round. Simple to prepare and simply delicious.

Instructions:

Boil water in a large pot and place in corn so it’s completely covered. Cook for 10-15 minutes to your liking. Remove from water making sure to be careful as corn will be very hot. Add butter and salt or any other herbs and spices you prefer.


  • 1 corn on the cob, remove husks
  • Water

Optional Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional) or 1 tablespoon margarine (optional)
  • salt, to taste (optional)
  • ground black pepper, to taste (optional)
