This recipe is perfect when you have a group of friends to impress and only a short amount of time. They’ll wonder how put something together so tasty so quickly.

Instructions:

Preheat your barbeque to medium-high and lightly rub down the grate with oil. Spread the mayonnaise lightly on each piece of corn. The fun part is next as you sprinkle the ears with all the tasty flavours- Parmesan cheese, chilli powder, salt and pepper. Tightly wrap them in aluminum foil and place on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, while turning them occasionally, or until the kernels turn brown.


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 ears corn, husk and silk removed
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
