You love corn, and you love cheese.

With these two delicious flavours together, plus some zesty lime, it’s a savoury and fun meal. Great for when you want to make something quick for a large amount of people. It also helps you add something extra to your grilled corn to make it that much more special.

Instructions:

Prepare your grill by putting the heat to medium-high. Coat the corn with the olive oil and then sprinkle on the salt. Place the corn on the grill and continually turn it as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes until it’s tender and brown. Finally, sprinkle the cheese and cayenne pepper over the corn and serve with the lime wedges.


  • 8 ears corn, shucked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil salt
  • ½ cup crumbled queso fresco (fresh Mexican cheese) or Feta
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
